Does it sound like a robot?
It sounds like a competent receptionist. It speaks naturally, handles interruptions, and doesn't read a script at people. Callers who need a human get one — the agent knows when to stop talking and pass the call to you.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. You can forward your existing number to the agent, or we can attach a new local number and you decide where it's advertised. Both work; forwarding is the usual choice.
What happens to the leads?
Each caller is written into your CRM as a contact with a full note — what they asked, what they answered, and what the agent committed to. It's tagged by intent so buyer enquiries and seller enquiries don't sit in one undifferentiated pile.
Can it book showings into my calendar?
Yes. It offers your genuinely available slots and confirms during the call, which is the point — a buyer who has to wait for a callback has already rung someone else.
How is this different from your US site?
Same service and the same price. This build is tuned for the GTA specifically: local neighbourhoods, Toronto-area buyer behaviour, and Canadian phone numbers. If you work in the US, use our US brand instead.
